Meet Your Coach

Peter Frank

Founder, CAREO

I started CAREO after noticing that many professionals were working hard but still felt stuck in their careers. They were constantly facing new challenges, making important decisions, and struggling to find clarity in their next steps. They had the ambition to grow, but without the right guidance and strategy, progress felt harder than it should.

After 10+ years of coaching and 500+ hours supporting professionals, I’ve learned that career growth comes from self-awareness, stronger positioning, clear goals, and consistent action.
